of the United States of America and to the Republic for which it stands one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all. Okay, let's see, we'll call it King Adams from Abbie Maddock here, Joe Maddock Nelson here, Kristen Matt Miller here, Daniel Nicholson, Angie Schreiber here, Mike Carisic here, as you can see, our superintendent, she is on the way back in the air flying from Kentucky, so she will be joined us at some point, but she lands the connection that they have set up. And in her absence, we have our school determinants, so we can get a moment to handle that, we can get a moment to handle that, you know, that you need to really get close to your microphones in order to be needed here, and the board can pick you up, and Nate will be doing the dressing as we're going through the meeting. We'll go back to middle school, instead of a little loss, if you have what we did here in the middle school, but they have also a great intro for us. I'm number two reorganizing pre-organization of the board letter A, I will be leaving for nomination and election of the chair of truth down. The floor is now open for nominations. Hi, now Nate, Mike Carisic is the board president. No, no, come forward. I'm going to have the nomination for the chair for the 10th. Those efforts were made to have a successful election as those were unsuccessful. On the rest of this time, I'm going to move on to item two. See nomination election for vice president. And with that, I believe my. I'm as chair for also fires and I will. Well, they try to. Presume presiding over this meeting. Pursume to. Districts bylaws, which indicate that. His services. President. They'll continue into a successful election. Thank you. This time, I'll be accepting nominations for the. Election of the board vice president. First call nomination for the board vice president. And now I'm aging Adams as the vice president. And then I'm going to go ahead and go for it. Nation for King. I do. Second call for nominations for the board vice president. Okay. And not all you're already in charge of you can't do anything. And I'm the manager driver as was president for the unified school district of. And the board of education. Thank you. Third and final call for nomination for board vice president. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. First vote is unsuccessful. Board, you left any Board Vice President, the honor would you pass out the ballots for the second vote. Thank you. Second vote for Vice President, Board for Jean Adams, Board for Angie Shriver. Second vote for the Board Vice President is unsuccessful. The honor would you pass out the ballots for a third and final vote for Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote for the Board Vice President. Second vote forwell. Third and final vote for Vice President, So I would not be elected a new Board Vice President to the U.S. Vice Village Panel person for our bylaws. You are continuing against the role of Vice President until the event of Vice President for the future. And as I continue the President's seat until one is elected, I am going to move forward with our bylaws, and that is to appoint delegates to the Assembly for the 27 Waspy Governor Assembly. This person will have to be there for the entire Assembly and the Senate Billing the portion of the Assembly. My question is, who on the Board is planning to vote for the Assembly first of all? Thank you. I think then where you keep waiting for me for the 22nd. Very nobody going. I will appoint myself for the Senate Billing the position for the Waspy Assembly with anybody who might be appointed as the ultimate biller. Thank you. Okay. And you are appointed as the ultimate biller for the Assembly. Letter E, the Board President, will appoint the representative for John Perdue and Tax taken to finance districts with the city of Annago. I am in a little pondery here with this because there are a couple of our news elected board members that I think would fit the role of this role very well. And I just want to bring a moment on family because whenever we were doing our orientation, we have a lot of questions with finance. A lot of questions about how school finance works and operates. And then also, again, you have, I'm the media school officer. I'm seeing that in the same short time that we work together. The fifth representative that represents a school district, they have one meeting. I know Andy, the past the third, they have two meetings here. So, Andy had served in the past on this. I have served three years in this, as it's right before you go. So, I don't know if you asked, I might have spoken to you, but we all wish one. So, I'm going to like, if you guys want to make that decision, you don't have to tonight. You can let me know. And next Monday, I have to go ahead and bring you that person. But I think either one of you will do it right now. So, I'm not surprised. You can't do it after the meeting. So, it's good. Item number M, letter M, is board president will appoint a season nine representative for turn three years. Season nine representative this year was this completed the third year with the Scott Peterson. And since Scott has resigned from the board, we have not had a representative from the school district, going to the season nine meetings that is held up in Omaha once a month. I think it's first one. So, I would, because I've talked about already, I've talked about the research that she does. I would like to know if he and I will be, I will see some kind of a and what that involved in is going to Tomahawk be a part of that. Maybe of all the other schools in our CSUN and you recognize that they're there and they're able to bring the patient back to us as needed from the six and nine. And we have reports as needed for the order and for the situation. We do accept that nomination for as a three year term. That's not just a one year term. So, you'll be our representative for the next three weeks. Thank you for accepting that nomination. I have a point for that. I also had the standing committees ready to hand out in just a moment. And I'll pass those round to everybody for the committee this time. So, the committee silence for this story here will the committee's meeting on the first Monday of each month and we have already voted on that committee structure. 4.30 is the human resources and finance. And I'm asking Danny Anderson to be the chair of that human resource and finance. I did that really 6.1 with the $5,000 human resources department and above all the finance. And then I'll also ask Angie to serve on that committee. And then the lifeline will be 4.4. It will be open date at speed. So, I don't know if that person will be. Billy Brown's meeting will meet after the human resource and finance and not begin the 4.5 year. Angie, I'm asking for you to chair that. And then the other two members have the magic. I'd like for you to continue your service on the ground committee. And then also, Gene Adams, if you will join that 30 rounds committee. So, you can accept that challenge because there's big things that are happening. I'm going to begin with the building. Yes. Yes. Thank you. For your instruction, people saw in the technology and human growth and development. That sounds like a big mouthful and they came to a lot of work in this committee. This meeting, committee meeting will not begin before 5.30. And I would like Joe Madison to continue for his service of chairing that committee. Joe, would you accept the position of chairing that committee? Yes. And then also, committee on the right person, that bill or to continue your service with that committee. And then, Mike, please add that your education experience of being in particular and I'd be also concerned about that committee as well. Kristen and Mike, will you accept the positions on the committee? Yes. Thank you. Policy committee is a committee that meets as often as needed. It's not a monthly meeting. Kristen can use chair with me. Was it three meetings you had last year? I want to say a little bit too. Okay. So, it's not many meetings that the policy have. Normally, what happens is, the owner will give us a huge update in all of our policies. And that committee literally goes line by line, sometimes word by word, word that means. Right? So, it goes line by line, word by word, and they bring a presentation to the board and the recommendation for what changes may happen with the policy committee. So, I would like to, and then on that bill, the policy committee, the committees themselves, the legal resource, the legal house, breaking the structure of people's services, technology, human growth, they also work at respective policies within their committee and make changes as necessary as well. The big thing for the policy committee, the major is maybe the only thing is that the big change, and it's a couple of times a year that they send that. So, that's a big responsibility. Sometimes the meetings can get rather lengthy, but they are very important because that's what drives us to human policies. So, unlike for Kristin to continue the chair of that meeting, I don't have a starting time because generally what happens is administration will work with the chair and the committee members to send time and that time generally varies, and work schedules and things will work out. So, Kristin, would you continue the chair that policy committee? Yes. I'm also asking Angie Schreiber and Danny Nicholson to serve on the policy committee because Angie has served on that policy committee in the past. He brought valuable information, and then Danny Nicholson with his wealth of information with human resources. I think that will bring the great perspective through the policy committee. Angie and Danny, would you serve on that committee as well? Yes. Thank you so much. So, that is the committee assignments that Angie and Diana's got a copy of those that will be up on the website tomorrow. So, regarding the building and ground, so if we're doing the chair, if I can't make it too much, I just need to work for something exactly. Who is the co-chair? Or should I? We do not have co-chairs because as the president or if we elect the president, that person will serve as ex officio all together. So, the chair is not there than the city president that serves together. Okay. Good question. All right, any other questions on the committee? All right, moving on to letter G, consideration of designation of official publication. I will be looking for a motion, please. Kind of the board doesn't make the anecdote of the journal and see the official publication of the United States. Be your motion to designate the anecdote of the journal as the official publication. Would you like to speak to your motion? No. Would anyone like to speak? Have any discussion, questions on the notion of the board? Thank you. Because I just, I have one question like my concern is that the window really requires a subscription and a lot of people don't have message to the kid in New York. It's, you know, uh, the person that's gone up quite a bit, but it's it's still there about their publication doesn't look like it used to. So, I'm wondering if it was being better for the community if we use the, um, handle times because that's pretty close to everybody's role. That's a, that's obviously nothing to do with them. They would be under, I'm just thinking of community, I think that would be better served, but that was a free home page and I was going to cover time. What's anybody thought from that? Well, I'm going to do an explanation to that because I know that was discussed at the last meeting and beyond it, if you make that call and you, you found out some information as the reason why the tangible times cannot be the ownership publication. Correct. So there is a state statute that there are strict regular, you know, you have to meet certain criteria. Sure. And because anago times does not have any subscribers and you must have 300 or plus subscribers to be official publication. Oh, and it also needs to be registered with the county folks office with a certificate and they do not have that as well. So, unfortunately, anago times didn't need the criteria. But it does not mean that the district cannot have the kind of food that they don't do. They have to be able to have the kind of food. Okay. And I have noticed that Chelsea are supportive. Sometimes whenever she puts the school information on Facebook, you don't still have to have a subscription. It will open up for you. That is honestly, should be able to get up. It's not what we know we're working on. Okay. Okay. Um, you know, myself, I'm just going to thank you for that. I understand. We have a new editor. So, um, we're kind of, I was thinking before, so we're kind of making it, but we, I used to work at the Eagle Road with him for making it in our main stories are free. Any, um, obituaries, any public meeting notices that we put in are available to anybody online. Thank you, Chelsea, for that information. We have a discussion of questions of the notion on the floor to investigate the energy later journal as the official publication. Yeah. Just to comment or a helper desire, um, and that currently a subscriber to the annual daily journal. Um, but so I followed the stories by social media. It is my sincere hope that given one of the primary rules of the school board is academic achievement and given that we just have an exceptional, um, advance in our achievement scores, I was reported out in our prior meeting. I hope that the, um, official publication anticipating that to be the annual daily journal prioritize the successes of academic achievement over students in the hard work of our district. Maybe it was published and see it on the social media. So that is my example. I believe Chelsea will make a strong point today. Any other questions or discussion of the motion on the floor? Our voting devices are not on an operating yet. They will be unending. Uh, but I think what we can do is a voice vote. So all in favor of the board, uh, to designate the annual daily journal as the official publication of the unified school is ran ago, but if you know, by saying, hi, hi, all those opposed on the day of the journal as the official publication, whether you know, by saying, hi. And the motion here. Okay. We are moving into item number three. Interview of potential candidates. Uh, this is the portion of the meeting that we have candidates that are signed up. They had brought in the letter of interest. Um, the president, the vice president did not have knowledge of anybody that was on this list. However, in honesty, there are two candidates that reached out to me personally because they know me. Uh, and those two candidates know who they are. And those are the only two candidates that I was aware of that was becoming a candidate for this open seat. So the only thing the only knowledge that I have is we have 12 candidates to interview for tonight. That is the only thing that I ask of our board secretary is how many that we have. And that's the information that she did. And I also do close to her, uh, the two names of the individuals who reached out to me. So she knows who those three, uh, do any of those are every shot. Let me know that they were running from this open seat. Okay. So, uh, the names of the candidates are right here in this bowl. I want to turn them over. If I, this, uh, pronounce your name, I'm sorry. I had a time and these are in no particular order, correct? Yep. Yes. No, this is not the order of interviews. This is the 12 candidates that are going to be interviewed. I'm going to fold the names as I say the name, put it in the bowl. And I'm going to pass the bowl to my right to Kristen and she can find somebody to throw names out. And then once we have the order, the honor will keep the order. And, uh, we will ask the 12 members, uh, that our candidates can move over next door into the multi-purpose room for the duration, with the exception of candidate from the more candidate in the one that's staying here. And then after your interview, you can remain in the room with everybody because you've heard all the questions. And let me say something about the questions. These are not the same questions of the last open seat that we had from the Lord David City. It would be illegal to use the same questions. These questions have not been published. There are only three people that have knowledge of these questions. And that would be our board secretary, our district's superintendent, and myself. The three of us are the only three that knew these, uh, these questions. And each candidate, when you come off, the first question that I'll ask you is, have you seen these questions? The reason this has happened is it felt several years ago in the neighboring district, uh, in fact, it was a law school district. There was an open board seat and questions got leaked and, uh, some of the candidates received those questions and it's just not fair to all to hear those questions, uh, at the same time, be in the postcard. Does that all make sense? Or members have any questions about that? Okay. Listen. It's not a question. I just want to leave a comment and a huge shout out to the 12 people that, um, have a five-minute position. Um, it would be very intimidating to, uh, apply for your thinking position. So that's the board, the public board, city council, whatever. So, thank you all for applying, um, for stepping up as leading members to helps our new community and our and keeping in mind, uh, for the April election next year, uh, there are four seats that will be open. Uh, this, the seat that we're going on right now, that one, and then three other seats will be open. So, hopefully we have, uh, those numbers of candidates for the eight production. Yeah. Um, okay. Do you all hear out there? No. Okay. I, I, because I want you to hear, make, is there possible that we, yeah, we're going, we're bringing it up. And not here, Angie at all. How about everybody who started with Michael again, let's see what my test has pulled around. Hello. Hello. Mary, now, how do we say? Hey, Mary, now, I said, okay. Okay. Hey, here we go. Thank you. Hello. Hello. That's same. That's it. That's it. Hello. Hello. All right. Now that we have everybody's mics working on the only, can you sit over and test the mic? Oh, yeah. That's where the candidates candidates. You'll have an option if you stand at the podium of that night, or you can sit next to the oven in the chair and use that microphone. Testing. Okay. And you're here. Thank you, Megan. I saw that. Thank you. God. All right. Thank you. Absolutely. All right. So here are the 12 images or the open seat. We're back up right through this stand up. I call the name. So we can read that down. Go on. We can. Gloria, I'm going to mess up here. Can you say you're just going to talk about the learning part? Ranting vibes. Bob Wilson. Jeremy, thank you. Senior. I don't know if I'm going to miss you or not. Ellen, this or not? This or not? This or not? So close. That's good. I should have acted like this. Melissa Cornelius. Erm Wispropper. George Jenner's. Did I know who George is? Oh, sorry. That's all right. We got to go. I'm going to be crushing. Did I see that right? Crazy. Crazy. Oh, thank you. All right. So we have all four candidates. If you're a candidate, I did not call your name. Raise your hand. All right. We got it right. Yeah. What's the right? We're going to get a fourth of one. This is the order that you will come in for you. This is number one. Dennis Smith. Now you come on up and get comfortable. You're going to see her behind the podium. Erm Wispropper. Erm, you will be number two. Melissa Cornelius. Melissa Cornelius, you will be number three. Make and you will be as folks find their way. Yep, it's going to come. Bob Wilson. Bob Wilson, you will be number four. Erm Wispropper. Very unique in here. Very unique in here. You'll be number five. Ellen Wispropper. Ellen Wispropper. Tom Pamp. Yes, I'm going to get before the night table. Number six. Seven. Oh, he's just. She's number six. That's right. Don McCann. Don McCann, you'll be number seven. Brandi Myers. Brandi Myers, you will be number eight. You'll be number nine. George Sanders. George Sanders, you'll be number nine. Gloria Cazaraj-Hado. While she's there, Laura, you'll be number ten. Rebecca Reed. Rebecca Reed, you'll be number eleven. And that leaves everybody patient. Definitely, you will be number twelve. All right, all candidates, and we just missed the except for Miss Anson. Now, Laura, I have a question for you. Once we start the unity process, we cannot take a break. Because more members will can't leave the room, because they're putting the potential of assessing candidates out of the way from the room. So, my question is, or do you want to take a break before we start? Or are you all okay? Isn't that good? All right, the way that we will do this, as the candidates are going out to the multi-purpose room, the honor will hand you the letter of interest. As well as the number of questions, you will get a question sheet each time a new candidate comes up. So, you can mark on that question sheet as you need to. And we will go around the table for asking the questions. We have eight questions to ask each candidate. And we'll start with Michael again, and we will throw all the way around the room. We will save our attorney in the history of the eight board members who will be asking the eight questions and board members. We need to refrain from going off script of the questions that you have in front of you, because all candidates must receive the same question as now they're tied to the attorney. Any questions of board members? Are all notes held the record or just wanted to put on our phone? All notes held, they will be held the record. So, your notes, your notes are your notes. They are now the record. Thank you. Your vote or just the case, your notes become held the record that you shared in some way. Correct. That's when they were made up of a record. At the end, whatever you vote, it will be a vote alphabetically for the board members and you will say your name and you will say who you are voting. Thank you. But in my office, I absolutely guess who you are voting. All right. Any other questions or board members? Tom, do you have any questions? Tom? No. Nates are all candidates and are they secret and disposable dish? Well, it's disposed of it again. They're in a disposed location, comfortable and have restrooms available to them. Very good. All right. We will start with, first of all, I might push them along. What more makes you the secret button to the unified school district of Annabelle, board of education and how your skills and experiences prepare you to serve our students, staff, and family? I have been a reference of the City of Annabelle for almost 20 years. My daughters are friends, high school students and they have farmed to the school district since they're in kindergarten. So they are my motivation. I worked for the district for nine years. So at that high school, it's seven at an elementary level. I feel as though I have lots of skills, especially in the leadership role. I've also done my super competency program to earn the super competencies. And I feel as though my skills and my experiences appear, we need to serve our students, staff, and community. I feel as though when I was in the district, I spent a lot of time listening to community members, parents, staff, and students. And my current role as a director of people's services also ensures that I have the leadership in the area of people's services, especially in school as well. I need to vote you ask. I do let everybody know that the candidates do have a list of questions in front of them because some of the questions are really different. The district has made significant investments in facilities, including the construction of the new John H. Bradley Elementary School and other capital improvements. I believe the board should balance fiscal responsibility with investing in the future of our school. I think it is important for the board to have knowledge in the revenues that are coming into the district, all from the local, state, and federal level. I think knowing the money that's coming in, knowing the expenditures that are going out, and also knowing what your strategic plan and priorities are, ensuring that you have a plan for investing in the future of our schools and our students. Can you hear me? Seeing an achievement, the main top priority for our district. What role should the school board please for the academic excellence as well, respecting the administrative responsibility of the superintendent and staff? Yeah, so in top priority of the school board, it's to overseeing the district administrator or superintendent, ensuring that policies are approved. So as a board member, your role is to approve of policies. The superintendent, you are giving the responsibility of the superintendent to bring you information and share with you the information regarding the curriculum and resources that they are using. Again, the district administrator or superintendent works collaboratively with the curriculum director, and your role as a board member is to ensure that responsibility for the district administrator, to oversee that oftentimes there is vetting of resources and ensuring that the resources also means the legal qualifications, especially looking at the fact 10, can actually help too. Public education often involves different viewpoints and strong emotions. How would you handle situations where a community member is strongly disagreeing with board decisions or a district superintendent? I feel that the board member, it is my role and responsibility to first listen to community members. As a board member, many members are going to come to you. And I believe in the, I guess, saying first, it's more important to listen and listen to the other, to be able to understand before you can be understood, that you really have to understand their viewpoint, understand the emotions, you have to listen to why they disagree and hear all of those portions so that they're not going to agree. Unfortunately, you're not going to be able to make everyone happy with the community, but once you can understand where you're going from, as a board, you have a legal responsibility to govern your body. So you may not even vote all the same, and you may vote against the majority, but it's your responsibility, ethically and legally, to carry out what the decision was before. The effective governance requires board members to work collaboratively with one another, even when disagreements occur. What does healthy board governance look like to you, and how would you contribute for a positive board culture? First and foremost, I believe that the climate and culture of a board is dependent on relationships and being able to build trust. You need to first go against and know each other. I'm not sure if you continue to do more retreats, but I know in many districts, and prior in hand ago, board retreats were very helpful to be able to build connections and be able to hear and listen to each other. Each of you comes to the board, not just as an individual, and if you can't come just having personal opinions, you need to really become what's in the best interest of the community, the students, and the staff. And so, yes, there may be different viewpoints, strong emotions, and working collaboratively with one another, you may disagree, but you have to be able to have constructive feedback with one another, be able to listen to each other, be able to provide feedback, and learn from each other as well. And healthy board governance, again, ultimately, you as a board member work for the community. The community looks to you to be able to make the decisions that are the best interests of the school district, the entire school district. So that is the students, the families, and most importantly, we need to ensure that the climate and culture of the board is respectful, and it has a respectful relationship with the superintendent, the staff, the students, and the families with our district. Board members are entrusted with maintaining confidentiality, acting ethically, and representing the district professionally. What does ethical leadership mean to you, and how would you up tranquil standards also to become a lawyer? I have always read with a certain leadership, and I, as many of us should know, we should know what's right for mom, and as a board member, it's extremely important to have a higher regard for yourself, because you are not only acting on your own personal behalf, but you're acting on behalf of the school district. And so, if you are not being professional, confidential, collaborative with one another and acting ethically, you're talking negatively about the district, if you're talking negatively about each other, maybe former staff members, community members, that just doesn't just impact you as a person, it affects how the community looks at the board as a whole. And so, what that means to me is, again, I feel as though I would need to make sure that my standards are even higher than what I feel like they currently are. Like, I feel like it's a very important role to be governing over the school district. Like, you have to hold yourself a higher regard, because everyone else is voting into that regard. And if you are not being professional, ethical, and following those confidentiality and, you know, responding professionally, then those standards, you're not, again, just letting yourself down when you're letting your board down, your fellow board members, and everyone was in the district. Thank you. It's likely for this assignment, what would you hope to accomplish during your first year of service on the annual school board? So, I've been on the district for two years, as a employee, and continue to be a board or a school district member. I continue to watch more meetings, and, again, my daughters continue to go here. I hope to accomplish building your trust back within our community. We need to have a stronger relationship with our community, with our staff, and be able to build that trust, and ensure that what we, I don't know how recent, but I found the website. So, more recent than what I have noticed prior, but the model is that not just the talk, but the show, it's the new action. So, you can't just talk, you need to really show with you. You want me the difference? You really have to show I'm here, because I feel like I can help bridge that. Yes, two years ago, I may have personally felt affected, but now I'm in a better mind frame, and I know that I'm here for the right reason. I'm here not for myself, personally. I'm here to be able to support the district as a whole. I feel as though my past experience as a leader within the district shows that I can be a positive influence, to be able to bridge that gap between our community and our school district, and we need to bring back handled pride, and be able to share with our district how proud we are, and how we can work together collaboratively again. Thank you. Last question. We identified a school district of Annigone has experienced both significant accomplishments and significant public scrutiny in recent years. How would you help strengthen trust, communication, and community confidence in the district moving forward? I feel as though transparency is key. I feel as though we can't just talk about it, we need to show, and sometimes we need to admit to making mistakes. We need to be able to move forward and have a plan. We need to allow our guards to be down a little bit, to be able to prove to our community that yes, we're not perfect. We make mistakes, but we are here for a bigger purpose and a goal of all of our students and our district, and I think we need to go trust by listening. We need to listen to each other. We need to listen to our staff. We need to listen to our families, and we need to show them the respect that we would want them to show us. Yes, there have been public scrutiny over the years, but we need to show these all of the accomplishments. So, as Mr. Biden mentioned, you know, we and Ms. Matt Nelson, we have improved our test scores. We have raised achievement, and that's not at a low fee budget. It takes a lot, takes a lot from the staff, the students, and the families to be able to make the improvements that have occurred. You know, it takes direct instruction. It takes great resources, tools, and leadership to be able to make that happen. And we need to showcase the positive things, but then we also need to be able to acknowledge when we've made mistakes and be able to have a plan to move forward. Thank you, Don. You wrote me on a screen about it. Thank you, Don. I can't see what you're talking about. We will have candidate number two, Herman was proper. Oh, he was right. Yeah, I have to pass out firms. It's pretty cool. I'm sorry. Okay, good. Herman, this is the process tonight. The other is handing out you a letter of interest as well as the questions that you would be asking you. We will ask the same eight questions that we asked the previous candidate in front of you, and you will have a copy of those questions. I think you see it right there in front of you. That's the copy of all the questions that we would be asking. Pardon our board if they are hit goes down right even taking notes as you are into this can be processed. I will start with my three second again with question number one to go all the way around the table and you get angry and you're going to finish the doors. Thank you, sir. What motivates you to see the appointment to be unified so that you're going to go toward education and how your skills and experiences prepare you to serve our students, staff, and community. I felt there was a good fit for me to apply now. I've been a member of this community for a long time. I've been involved with a lot of the kids. Coming up and through this program, I had two graduate from Annehill, two more in school, and I'm a foster father. I felt that what I've done in my life and what I've done with voluntary would be a good fit for the school board and I thought that there's a criminal by right now. All right, question number two, if this trick has made significant investments in facilities, including the construction of the New Johnny Bradley Elementary School and other capital improvements, how do you believe the orchard balance fiscal responsibility with investing in the future of our school? I've been in construction for a long time. I understand that you need to have facilities to grow your experience for your kids and just do everything that we need to develop our kids. You can't go with outdated equipment, outdated buildings and still expect your kids and your staff to try to sponsor them. So I feel we need to put the investment in to get the investment out of our future. Student achievement remains a top priority for our district. What role should the school board play for the academic excellence while respecting administrative responsibilities to the students and that one staff? I feel that sports and other extracurriculars grow our students. There's only so much you can learn behind in a book, probably a classroom, to go out in the community, be able to represent yourself, represent your community, and represent each other by the ways that you're going to grow and develop as a person. Public education often involves different viewpoints and strong emotions. How would you handle situations where community members strongly disagree with board decisions or district initiatives? I've been in construction my whole life. I've dealt with people not liking the way the stuff is going and not seeing the end project before the kids say. I've got big shoulders. I can deal with anyone yelling at me. It doesn't bother me to get yelled at as long as I understand where the future is going and why we're going to be. Effective governance requires more interest to work collaboratively with one another even when this week is current. What does a healthy board governance look like to you and how would you contribute to a positive board function? You have to be able to see each other's points listen and understand where each person is coming from. Everyone here is coming from a different background. You have to understand where they're coming from, why they're feeling the way they are and the best way to move forward. We just have to work through it for the better men of the kids and the community. Board members are interested to maintain confidence generally, acting ethically, and representing the district professionally. What does ethical leadership mean to you in college about four of those standards also raise on the floor? Taking the responsibility for what I have to say and what I'm out there for. I'm here to represent the school, represent the community, but what happens behind four stories does need to stay good stories. Can I understand that as well? It's like, it's like, for this moment, what would you want to accomplish during your university or service on the end of October? Making a better place for the kids and the staff to feel comfortable here. There's too much, too many people thinking that this is a good spot to be, and I think that it's the responsibility of the board to try to clear up some of that risk consumption. Okay. Unified school district of Annigault has experienced both significant accomplishments and significant public scrutiny in recent years. How would you help strengthen trust communication and community confidence in the district moving forward? I think just being open and honest is the best way to do this. We have to be transparent when people see what's going on to the point that they can and to just be out in the community, fighting that being out in the community all the time just makes it so everyone's afraid to approach you like you are. It's okay. The next candidate will be Mr. Barnard. When we first personally go over and ask if we can read the question, if we can make sure that other members are ready, then we'll stand for the rebalance pressure. I have a question for tonight. What you see in front of you are the list of eight questions. Process will be each board member will read a question and you'll have time to respond. No time limits will take all the time to respond. We'll start with my reason and just be mindful that if our hips drop and the body comes down, we are still listening. I get what you're interested in. You have any questions? What more leads you to seek appointment to the Unified School District of Annigault Board of Education and how your skills and experiences are very good serve our students, staff, and community. I think my main motivation right now for seeking appointment is just I made a place in my life where it works. It's never that I've been disinterested or didn't want to be a part of the school or the community. I just had kids at work, everything else, and wasn't able to. Now that my kids are older and have moved down for the most part, I have the time to devote to it. As I've said in my letter, I have been in some way, shape, or form a part of the school district my entire life. I was a student. I was the daughter of educators. I was a parent of students with the Annigault School District, so I've seen it from many different avenues, and they think that's offered me varied perspectives that would really come in handy. My experiences, I think that they've worked in the human services field for 17 years, 14 years of that was at Abale. The last three years that I was with Abale, I was the executive director, so I'm familiar with board meetings, and the processes, and Robert's Rules of Order, and all of that goes on. I'm through that really learned the ability to focus on policy, procedure, and not think of emotion, or even personal process. I'm able to look at a larger picture and see what I feel like would benefit the school district itself, the students. I can look at things very impartially, and I think that's really important in a role like this. I'm a member of the City of Annigault Zoning Board of Appeals, another place that I used to do board and board processes, and I was a member of the Annigault Volleyball District Board for, I mean, it's really really exciting. So again, really able to think about those things, and I think the fact that I don't have a student in the district right now, I kind of don't have any skin in that game, so I'm really able to look, I think, at a larger picture. Okay, number two, the district has made significant investments in facilities, including the construction of a new county-friendly elementary school, and other capital improvements. How do you believe the board should balance this whole responsibility with the investing in the future of our school? That's a tough one, because everyone thinks you should just do it perfectly. And there is no, I don't believe, there's no magical equation to follow. I do think that open discussion and really being mindful of the fiscal responsibility is important, but I know we also have to invest in our school district and our children, or we are not going to advance. So I really think it's just research. Of course, I do think there are kinds that we need to take into the community, like we did with the record in the school, because ultimately we need them on board. Yeah, I don't have a magic answer in that one, but I just, I do know that open communication and policy are very important when it comes to the future. Soon the chief achievement remains top priority for our district. What role should the school board face for the academic excellence law, respecting the administrative responsibilities of the school district? I think the key word in that question is support, and I think that should be the school district's main, or I'm sorry, the school board's main priority. Primarily supporting our students, first and foremost, and I know that looks different for everybody and that looks different for a recent situation, but I do think that that is the mindset that needs to go into first and foremost, and all of the decisions that were being probably this way to benefit our students. If we make those decisions, we're going to make decisions that benefit our educators and our administrators and our community at large, if we're making decisions with the better of our students, body and mind. Public education often involves different viewpoints and strong emotions. How would you handle situations where a community members strongly disagree with poor decisions or district initiatives? This is another one where I feel like my past work history will be a benefit. I do have a lot of training and experience in de-escalation, and I think just practicing some of those techniques, the reflected responses and letting people know that you hear what they're saying, that you feel the emotion behind what they're saying, such as keeping your responsive very level and very straightforward is really important. Okay, effective governance requires more members to work in collaboration with one another, even with the student's current. What is healthy-born governance so far can you, and how do you think they're positive for function? It's me, healthy-born governance is respect, willingness to collaborate, the willingness to be okay with people that don't agree with you. I think it's healthy to not agree with everything that everyone says. The key is to do it in a professional respect program. I think we would be doing that in service to our district if we agreed on every point and there was no debate and there was no discussion and things just went along status full, there's no room for growth that we got. So I really just do think that respect, honestly, is the biggest thing. If you can remember that we're all here for the same reason, even if the paths we want to take are different, we have a lot better chance of meeting someone that's going to work very well. Four members are interested in maintaining laughter and jealousy, acting ethically, and if you may have a district professionally, what does ethical leadership mean to you, and how you uphold the standard of cynicism? The ethical leadership to me is leadership that is sincere, it lacks personal motivation, it's transparent, and it's following your policies and procedures to the best of the ability and not skewing those policies and procedures or playing with the importance of following not just the words, but the intent and the lack of responsibility. I think my greatest hope would be to a meaningful contribution, um, I would like to be a very I don't know if the word is a place of slate so to speak. I've not been involved with the school district at this level. Um, and then I would like to be a person that can sit at the table and listen to everything that's set there. And then I'm going to say, um, I'd like to bring kind of a unifying. I think feel maybe a try to repair some things that are happening in the community. And do it the best that I can. Unified school district of anago experience was significant. And significant public security and security. How would you help strengthen trust, communication, and community confidence in the district moving forward. And I think. Strengthening the trust in the confidence from our community are going to come from improving the communication. Um, and not just the communication being put out, but also the communication that we receive. And I think. Being open and honest. And not being afraid to explain to people there's just some things we can talk about a few. Um, instead of talking with circles, just be honest and open. I think if we improve those communications, the confidence from the community will improve as well with the trust. Um, it's not going to be a quick, easy or overnight process by any move. Um, I don't think it will even completely happen in the year that. 11 months that this position. Has left, but. It has to start. Um, and if it doesn't start soon, I'm afraid of. Thank you much. Our next candidate is Bob, which was. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Members, are you ready? Yes. Okay, Bob. As we start to see the reality of the list of questions in front of you. The process will be, each board member Sergeant Mike will go around the table and ask you a series of questions with eight questions being asked to you. So, you know, you're going to have your almost finished with the interview process. And I notice quickly in your information that you give to us, that you serve our military, so I want to thank you for your service to our military very much. So, if you have any questions on us or should we start, right? When did you guys open up the risk? Yes. Just now. You just received it tonight. Can you cover it? I'm sorry. Yes. We'll see the whole time that you turn in and just tonight. Enjoy. Thank you so much for all of that information. I don't know why it's going to take you to read it, but I have to. Okay. We'll start with a number of reasons for your first question, sorry. What motivates you to seek employment to minimize school district of an annual board of education and how your skills and series is preparing you to serve our students, staff and community. Do you want to take 10 minutes to read my cover letter? I might just do that. Okay. Well, it's pretty self-explanatory, I guess. I'm going to read it again. So, I actually was article in a paper call. What was that? We could solve both. And there was three different dates for the student. And then there's some words. The quotation. And I thought, well, that's how it's going to be discovered. That'll be a state that. So I called the final limit to actual data. And then I did three different, like, the money does. And so, but more to easily. Because I care about this. I mean, really. Fair. Not my advocate. For children. Boys. Question two. The district has made significant investments and facilities, including the construction of the new John H. Riley elementary school and other capital improvements. I believe the board should balance this full responsibility with investing in the future of our schools. I think the key word there is balance. No. It's a responsibility. So, when we came in, we made top priority for our district. What role should the school board play in supporting academic excellence while respecting the administrative responsibilities of the superintendent and staff? Okay. I would say you need to give me photos, all supplies, 100% at all times. Different viewpoints, strong emotions, how to handle situations where community members strongly disagree with poor decisions or district initiatives. Hey, what do you say, community members, what do you mean by that? That law works for somebody that we've talked about in the meetings or what? Community members of the general, did they have any point? I would tell them to stay informed, do their research, come to meetings, pay attention and heat they up, get involved. I don't need to school board the participation support. I would say others would be able to get into the whole person's mouth. I don't like groups and all of the people that I'm in in order to. Next. Okay, effective governance requires board members to work collaboratively with one of those people who disagree with the firm. What does healthy board governance look like to you and how would you contribute to a positive board of culture? Well, actually, the community has to read all that. It's probably not everybody's evidence that they always want. We've got to take these things. That's what has to be really done. You know, well, I'm not being sarcastic, but when I get to the God that would be different, we can change a lot of things. But boy, we have control now. These are eight days. We need to get together and agree or disagree. Agree to disagree. I'm open up by. I get a little research and I can see how positive it is. Maybe there's, you know, an end state statute. Four policies. No, it's not. I think it's going to be three members. I can't read this out. I really can't. I think it's going to be a three university. And I think I'm a learner. I already have. Board members, you're interested in maintaining confidentiality, acting ethically, and representing the district profession. What does ethical leadership mean to you? I want you to uphold the standards also. I may have a different definition of healthy. I can't get the general just. And I'm taking that. Definitely, you know, if people want to know what's going on around here, even because of me. That's it. They can read the minutes to a high school. Okay. As far as confidentiality, which stays here. I'm going to send your station. On the other hand, what? It hasn't been seven, but it hasn't been read. That's a general rule. I think. So. But the ethical leadership. Yeah. Say what you're going to do and do and say. Well, according. Oh, I'm holding. No, yeah. We have a powerful question. And how are the above those standards. I'm going to send the board. The best of my. The best of my view. No doubt. I'm going very much. Oh, there you go. I can tell. I want to put the law. We know. Number seven. It's selected for this appointment. What would you call to about the string of your service at the beginning? Learning. I don't want to make it about the whole process. You know, I like to read. This is Johnson. This is good. This is strong. I thought we had to read. But. I have before. We were born. Oh, I've been told. That. To learn to read. And then you learn from the read. By. And I like. But what would I like to accomplish? Well, like I said, we're looking again. Like it said. My research. I read stuff. Until I can see it. I just kind of ran out of time. But two more time ago. We're not done yet. Okay, last question. Well, this is going to be going to experience both significant accomplishments and significant public scrutiny in recent years. How would you help strengthen trust? Communication and getting confidence in the district moving forward. Sorry. Well, any time you put yourself up. Everybody. I own things. This is America. We're all in favor of opinions. I get to think of things. I've been talking. Fair with me folks. I've known this one before. We can't read for it. As you can see. You know, when you, when you're promoted in the military. Go before a promotion. Well, guess what? They know the questions. And they know the answers. There's only one answer. That's the right answer. You know, maximum factor rate of up to count. For the most of the years. Race of burden. Great water answer. So. So I have a little experience that you can see. But I'm not that good. I'll be super. No doubt. You can always do one more thing. You can always do one more thing. No doubt. What are we on? Seven. No. We're done. Oh, we're done. We, we're not done. I have to read it. Put it to multiple choice questions. Oh. It won't just be real. Be real. The investment for. Any other questions? I guess we can. That's all the questions that we have. Okay. Thank you so much. Well. That's all right. Keep them. Thank you so much. That's it. I have. What do you guys do if I read it? Put it in the public. You can see it. What's the clue? We'll go right back to the bottom in the files. Forever. A copy of it becomes part of the record. Well, Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. Mr. All right, that wouldn't. All right thank you. Our best candidate, cognitive sleep. So, the process that we will take tonight, you have in front of you the list of the eight questions, and we will start in on three things, and we will go further asking each one of these questions, we will ask you a question, and the philosophy put our heads down as we're running down, we're still going to speak the language and responses on, when we get down to and at the end, we know that you're almost finished, do you have any questions for us? I don't know, is that what they end up? Okay, thank you, right? What more makes you to see the point of view of how it's so difficult to handle, or of education? How will your skills and experiences prepare you as students, staff, and community? The motivation for me, and say I have two older children that have graduated from the San Diego school, I have two beautiful daughters, nine and seven, or in grade school, they have their whole school, the whole school, like ahead of them, basically, the youngest one going into the first grade, this next school. So, I feel like totally vested in the fact that we have a lot of great things going on in our school, our district has some great employees, I think we have a lot of good things going, are we perfect? No, nobody is, but I think together we could all come together with some ideas and help make it as close as we possibly could, and given the fact that I have the two young children that have their whole school lives that haven't been yet, I felt this was a great thing and a great opportunity to try to bring up the best that we can for them and their classmates, and the ones coming behind them. As far as skills, experiences go, a lot of times I have donated my time in the past coaching you football, I did coach you baseball, I enjoy, you know, talking with the kids, goofing around with the kids, having a good time with the kids, and that is another thing that motivates me as far as all the children, and what we can accomplish for them. All right, number two, the district has made significant investments in the facilities, including the construction of the new John G. Sprague Elementary School and other practical improvements, how you believe the porch balance fiscal responsibility with the investment in the future of our students? My belief is, is that that if it's going to benefit all children from 4k through 12, then we have the responsibility to do what we can to give them the best opportunities, boards are schooling them through life. If that means putting money towards their future, you know, if it benefits all children, great, and that's a great thing. As long as there's no you know, wasteful spending for things that don't benefit all the children, then I think the responsibility is there for everybody to bring in the best interests of the children and go forth with them. Student achievement remains a top priority for our district. The last rule should the school board play in supporting academic excellence while respecting the administrative response from the superintendent to staff. The school board itself should be giving the resources to the staff to give the children of our schools the best education that the city and the administration can provide. My biggest thing there is, again, if it would support, I would definitely support anything as long as it would come down to if it's best for the education of our children. Before anything else, I know there's a lot of, there's a lot of different things, victory back and forth, you know, in people in this town and elsewhere. And what we really need to do is everybody should be focused on the children and what's best for their education. That's what we're really all here for. Public education often involves different viewpoints and strong emotions. How would you handle situations where community members strongly disagree with your decision or district initiatives? This one may be quite honest. Someone to the people that may personally, I, if I feel it's what's best for the all the children of our community, I personally get not one to get attended or be worried about what somebody else, you know, what they would want to say about me, just like I'm sure everybody here at these tables have had something said about them. You know, that's their opinion. Everybody's entitled to it. Again, my main focus is the young children not worrying about what this person hearing that person said. Okay, everybody. Effective governance requires work members to work longer, typically with one another, even when this agreement's occurring. What is healthy or right to you and how do you contribute to the positive form of culture? Well, we definitely would have to. Everybody should get along and sit down and try to find a common ground without finding a common ground with everybody who's a helping nobody. It's just the argument. It's just a fact and for be said, she said, and that's not anything good for the children or for anybody here. Four numbers. Four numbers are entrusted to thinking and confidentiality, acting at the date, and representing the district in question. What does ethical leadership mean to you and how would you uphold the standard of culture in some form? What it means to me is to be a strong leader for the future of our school. Always do what's right, what you in your heart and in your mind honestly believe it's the best for the children, not for yourself and not for Johnny Downerbrook. What's best for the children, even if it's not best for you yourself, that's all that matters. As far as holding the standards, my main standard, and it's going to sound like a broken record, is the children and the children first. My decisions would only go based on the children, not my religious views, not my political views. It is strictly important to children. It's slightly dependent. What would you hope to accomplish during your service and again in your school form? My number one thing would be keeping the great staff that we do that. That would be number one, that's something that I believe we do all together on bringing forth. There is also the fact of working together and trying to get the best staff we have to come to our schools, whether it's 4K through 12, the children of our community to serve the best, and we owe it to them to give them the best and try to get them. Okay, the Unified School District of San Diego has experienced both significant accomplishments and significant public school in recent years. How would you help strengthen trust, communication, and community confidence in the district moving forward? The biggest thing is no matter what, it's always going to be this agreement. The best thing is even when somebody's criticizing you and your decision. There's always room to find a middle ground with that first, because as you work in here sitting on the seat, you're representing the people of the community. In most cases, they voted you into the seat to represent them. So if there is a point where they don't have a district or they have a district, and put the authority, that you should definitely want to work with these people to find that common ground. That common ground is going to be better than the big one. I also believe that after that, by doing that, especially with the people in the community, you're going to earn their trust more and give them a better opportunity to make amends with the community and stop the victory. You may become together for the safety of all the kids in our school instead. Thank you, Gary, for coming and saying before us. Thank you, Gary. Thank you. The next candidate is Donald Bissenwald. Mr. Biden, I do inform you that there is one candidate there that is going to be withdrawing their validation at this time. I'm not good with names, I'm sorry. I'm not good at pronouncing names, as we're going to be with us tonight. The process will be we have eight questions, which you have a copy of those questions in front of you. We'll go around the table for each board member to ask those questions and start with one. And then we will gain the cabbage and take those cards to read. There's no time for that question. We have a question for us. John, how are the seconds? What more leads you to seek appointment for unified school district of Andrew for our education? I would like to see all the experiences. Are you a server of students, staff, and community? Thank you so much. We, as my husband and I opened a business here in 2021, and we just found out we are huge into the community who are actually about helping our kids. And I see this as a way to, again, plug into our community. So there's an opportunity to get back and normally more of the type to jump right in. All right, number two, the district has made significant investments in facilities, including the construction of the new John H. private elementary school and other capital improvements. You believe the board should balance fiscal responsibility, and that's being referred to as schools. It's a really big question. Bogeyman, that is absolutely crucial. I know this is running a business. You have to know the process. You have to know what your budget is. You have to know all sorts of things that you can get out of expenses. You vary how organized and precise and accurately what those amounts are. So, you know, there again, you know, you know, your numbers really, really well. And saying that's how that's. The achievement remains a priority for our district. What role should the school board play in supporting academic excellence while expecting the administrative responsibilities of superintendent and staff? So, personally, I feel like you, you know, as school board members, that was possible for Virginia, between the leadership faculty, taking them to consideration and basically doing their best to make sure that there's a healthy atmosphere where people are seeing kind of unrecognized. So, that within itself can help you know it's a healthier atmosphere for kids, which would improve grades and more often. Of education often falls to different viewpoints and strong emotions. I would you handle situations where a community member strongly disagree with or this into our district initiatives. So, I do believe that there are many efforts to be made by the school board, as far as publicly sharing of YouTube meetings, which I seriously appreciate because it's not everybody who made it to meetings, but basically sharing the context and how decisions are being made so that not only are they just, you know, people are just seeing the outcome per se, the house of rise and all of you are communicating together full in order to make those decisions as super, super important. So, maybe a little bit more presence, you know, maybe a little bit more participation might help a lot, people that the community in general is doing an amazing job about putting a lot of people out there, that's no cost to the community, which is amazing. So, leveraging those tools that again, everybody has access to in order to bridge that gap. So, for fun, effective governance requires four members to work collaboratively upon another view of the students to serve. One of the self-informed governance of our community and how we contribute to a positive four culture. Again, he's saying with me at this year's everything. So, maintaining the respectful relationships, creating each other with those facts, and then giving individuals to each other, those sort of events despite, you know, differences of opinion, standards when you come to student conversations, these are the conversations potentially. Yeah, go ahead. Four members, four members turned out to be the 19th happening, challenging, acting ethically, and representing the district professionally. One of this episode, we are shifting to you and how you are following the standards also in the public. I believe I've been very ethical in the digital mind, right? So, I don't steal that out early in the problem. I'm not going to challenge you. I'm going to say, you know, people smile, or at least try to dust to make sense. Obviously, the stakes do happen, but we'll see that. I'm not going to be so necessarily international all the time. We're representing the districts professionally. I feel like that's something that I can take down. I don't know. I feel like we've done a lot within this community so far, there's already been leaders with, we've heard about leaders, but investing in our time. And I go roughly into the strengths and some of the penguins, some of them, and a lot of other amazing organizations, individuals who are going to be on. So, I believe that if you have any questions on personal user ethics, you can reach out to be able to accept the process of everyone. It's like, sorry, there's a lot of different ways of finding it. What would you hope to accomplish during a first year of service? I don't know, any of us go for it. I'm not going to have a question. So, if there's something changing, it would really like to see here, again, so, yeah, we're going to come to leadership and the fact that it's something you have to see. So, it would be very, very social business that we are, that has been brought many, many times within animals, and I feel like it has to be necessary. And in turn, when you, again, couple of that, you know, maybe change things up a little bit, since it's standards for communications, and if you will, you'll see well in a second, you're going to have a better future. Thank you. That. Okay, unified school district of Senegal has experienced both significant accomplishments and significant problems through being very serious. How does your health, strength, and trust, communication, and community confidence in the district moving forward? So, again, I am in a very social setting when it comes to a way for a way, and a lot of people know who we are. We talk to a lot of different circles, and it's basically, again, it's one of those things where I have a lot of conversations, like a lot of conversations. And so, of course, I want you to be able to approach me, and just, again, maybe just be more comfortable talking to somebody like me, and the social setting versus not saying who works through this, but also, you know, the title comes a little bit of a dwindle, and when I get in trouble, that's a radio. I'm not going to take a person. I'm very laid back. People know me for who I am and what we've done within this community. So, again, just offering that extension of, hey, you know, I'm safe to talk to no matter what the position is, no matter who you are or your stances, like I'm here to listen, and learn respectively, and, again, whether I agree or disagree with that, you guys just offer some points that they may not have thought of, while there's information that I can see, they just take the footnotes and the meaning there's all the tailored context, and you weren't in the room, so here's how that works. I'll find them in the right direction where, hey, you know what, maybe you should go review this before you're serving the statements or, you know, they may have served me for the policy. Thank you all for coming and interviewing for this position. Let's see if I will answer any questions. Our next candidate is John McCann. Yeah, we'll be finding the name of the person, and who is there. Who are you, take them? That's what you're talking about. Anyway, the next candidate will most be with the coach. Okay, so if I say that, maybe I will answer too. Well, I can hear you. Thank you. What are you talking about? aren't you? I would. Well,bt you don't like something as a Bright-ood glance. Well, cool music. Come with me. Great. Yeah. That's the night to be eight questions, which you have copies of the question you're from you. So you can follow on as the bookers are asking questions to get a start of your mic. And we'll go through all the way to heavy. And ask a question to give us a free, go ahead and down to our smarts and things down. And we're still listening to your answers, thank you so much, and I can leave this in front. Do you have any questions for us? Okay, all right. What more rates do you receive appointment for the unified school district that can go toward an education? And how do your skills and experiences prepare you to serve our students, staff, and community? I'm seeking to be part of this before, because I love working with children. And yeah, I feel education is very important with different boards and groups and organizations I've worked with have enabled me to understand what its need, what staff needs, what community would like. All right, how are you? The district has made significant investments in facilities including the construction of the William and Johnny's primary elementary school and other faculty on the board. How do you believe the board should balance the school's responsibility with investing in the future of our students? Well, if we don't have good buildings where kids are using Chromebooks and all that for their education, and that, you know, you have to have good schools, you have to have a healthy school. You don't have a healthy school, it's campfire because of sick, all the time. So I guess between the two, I need to go hand in hand with each other and that because you want kids to be in school, you don't want to be out of school. They're learning with everybody else and not be at all of our sick all the time. So in achievement, I need to talk priority for our district. What role should the school board play in supporting academic excellence while the second administrative response will be a participant in staff? My personal opinion is I feel that the board and administrative staff, superintendent included when a situation arises. They should be open, they should be willing to listen to both sides, not make their own opinion and then not give anybody a chance to voice their opinion or say how they felt. If you're only going to do one side, that's not fair to the other side. So we have to be open to listen to everything before we make an informed decision on such matters as athletics or anything else pertaining to that. Can't just be a one-sided thinking. Everybody has a great two-voice their opinion. That's how I feel. All right. Public education often involves different viewpoints and strong emotions. How would you handle situations where community members strongly disagree with our decisions or district initiatives? First and foremost, I'd like to listen to what the person has to say fully before and make a committed answer to that. But I would also direct them to come to a school or meeting to where they can voice their opinion on it. If they're happy with it, they're not happy with it and be more informed and involved because that's the only way you can make a good decision is by hearing all sides at once and being able to voice your opinion and that when given the opportunity. And provide effective governance required for members to work widely to deploy another even with disagreements to earth. What does healthy board governance look like to you and how would you contribute to a positive board of culture? Well, we're not always going to all agree on everyone. So we have to learn to be able to disagree but still be kind and friendly in doing so. we can't just sit there and this is my way, my way. We have to learn to work together for the good of all. Our members are interested in maintaining confidentiality, acting ethically, and representing the district professionally. What does ethical leadership mean to you and how do you uphold those benefits on the board? That one's kind of hard. Ethically, it's very important to maintain the confidentiality, and acting ethically, and representing the district professionally. There again, there's going to be times where it's going to be hard to do that, but if you can control your emotions and your attitude and just be able to talk it out, that's the most important thing. Not letting any of this other stuff get in front. Thank you very much. Good slide. What would you like to accomplish during your series of service and the annual school board? First of all, to learn a little bit more about what the annual school board does and to mainly be able to work with everybody on the board. Thank you. Question about the unified school is in an annual, an experience, what's an independent language track and some independent public schools in the district. How would you have strength and trust, communication, and community confidence in the district before? First of all, we have to listen to what the community is telling us, what they're saying for us and that they have a vested interest in this district to whether they have children in this district or grandchildren in this district. And that listening is a priority. If you can listen to them fully and that, then you can give a better answer. I would also encourage that they come to school board members and talk to school board members on what they feel is good or what they feel is not good. So that, as a board, we're understanding what they're wanting on this community and that, and then they understand what we're trying to do with the kids in. Thank you, John, for coming. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Our next thing is ready. Ready. Thank you. I think I'll choose to sit up. You may have that option. Sorry. The reality is given your list of eight questions. And the process will be that each board member will ask a question. And you can follow up with those questions as we ask those who start with mine on the end. And then we can have Andy, we heard you're almost through the finish line. Do you have any questions for us, Andy? No, I'm not a person. And he said that. We'll start with mine. What more leads you to seek appointment on a unified school district of annual board of education and how your skills and experiences prepare you to serve our students, staff, and community. I always try to convince my wife not to run for the school board. Thought it was a famous job. And that's probably overseeing it. But I've been in this community for 40 years. I've been involved. Mostly with the hospital environment. But I like to teach. I like to interact with the people there. I think I see some good things happening in our community. I think the new school. Maybe we'll make some progress. But I also see that things are global actually. And I guess that was part of it. Also, only one person. I applied to the late date. So I put in the late application. I have considered doing this in the past. But I guess what motivates me is. I want to help to serve our community. I'd like to help. To bring. Better communication between the administration. And teachers. And within the board itself. If that's possible. As far as what skills I possess. I consider myself a team player. I have been on boards in the past. And currently on the hospital board. I think that it's important to realize. And what you can't do as a board member. I think the main thing we do is provide guidance more than anything else. With lots of arts. Okay, number two. The district has made significant investments in facilities, including the construction of the new John H. Bradley Elementary School and other capital improvements. Are you believe the board should balance the school responsibility with investing in the future of our school? I understand that we are not in the community. But it's hard to get taxes. I think we look for alternative funding where we can and. And grants. Of help. The school passed. I think we can get a little bit to rank. That can help to augment funding. I think we need to utilize the resources that we have available to us. They were technical learning and things of that nature. Obviously the students are the most important thing. And I think we invest in them by listening to that. Helping them to get along with each other. And how you go to do extra things for that sports or. Music or those same things. I realize those things cost money for this community. And very good. And the previous. Years. Helping. There are students who take. For the body. Support to be in them. All of this. So much. I'm not exactly sure. What is meant by the spread to the administrative responsibilities of the superintendent and staff. When they call comes to supporting active in excellence. That's. Again, you can't micromanage. But. Think. Everybody likes to feel like they're being heard. And they're being appreciated. That goes for the students. As well as the teachers. And administrators. And if you can find ways. To make that happen. I think that's probably the best. For doing. Providing. That's a pretty bad for a real team. Of the education often involves different viewpoints and strong emotions. Well. First of all, I think. Current. Of course. A good job with that. But what I've seen with the recent attendance of. Me. I think. You listen to people. The set rules. About what kind of behavior you can have. We're not going to be able to please everybody. And then I don't think how to make the people feel heard. Okay. About their. Concerns. But. You know, we're going to make it. Everybody happy. And I think you acknowledge. Their concerns. And then you have to do often what you feel is best for the school. Are there any? Hi. You think that the owner necessary with workforce of workers motions. You know, What does healthy board governance look like to you and how do you contribute to a positive board of culture? How do you work with the governance needs coming prepared to be able to know pretty much what the issues are, especially in companies? No, pretty much what the issues are, especially in companies? Will disagreements occur? I think you have to adopt the attitude that everybody in the organization will pass the same goal. They want success or resources. They're never going to agree on everything, but if you go into a meeting, if you go to a fight, you're going to find one. And I think you have to be prepared for listening, and sometimes you have to accept decisions that you don't personally agree with, and that's just our life. For another year, I'm interested in maintaining number of jails, acting necessarily, and representing the district's environment. What does ethical leadership mean to you, how are you at role this year, and how do you support it? I guess after the leadership is treated with the way you would like to be treated. As far as maintaining confidentiality, I think that's something I need to do professionally in my entire life, and I don't think it would have been difficult to do that. I think you have to recognize your own conflicts of interest, and that's very difficult to do. I think we kind of lost some of that introspection if a lot of us don't recognize our own conflicts, and we need to be able to do that. As far as upholding the standards while serving the board, I don't think that I'm not. I've got to put the board on for a long period of time, but it seems as if everybody thinks of the other respectful manner. And I think that's probably the most important thing. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks, I think that's fine. How would you come up to establish your first year of service at the end of October? I guess I think the main thing, the school board needs to do is convince the community that we continue to put the best interest of our community. We continue to put the best interest of our students as our number one priority, and that did true concern about local politics. As far as what I would hope to accomplish is better communication, better reputation with the community. Helping teachers to feel appreciated, so I wish the same thing could be worth it. Thank you. The unified school district of the Annigold has experienced both significant accomplishments and public school administrators. How would you help strengthen trust, communication, and community confidence in the district running for? Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. I think the board has been under a lot of interest for me. I think you're trying to leave this open with information as you can be. Thank you. Publishing minutes is great, but I'm glad most people read those. I don't know how you have a positive publicity campaign for the school board, but I'm sure there are ways to do that. More houses. More of a thing sort of a community did see just what we're doing, the next schools and elementary schools and things of that nature. As far as springing, processing to develop trust by being honest and open about going to that business. I think the community wants to feel that. School board. Is in the law to the point where they're doing things accomplished. And I think that this happened. I think it was better. I think the only way to get community confidence is by doing a good job and doing the best I can. Education has been my children. I don't know if I can still award that. And to young people. I think I could buy a lot of opportunities. The good thing is both inside school and outside the school, where they can feel by driving their accomplish with schools. I have students also running off the lot from other students. And developing a positive attitude. That it better come. So. I'm sorry to get them off of their screens. No, the. Family designing, moving and I think we said before about screen old yours. If you haven't see what I voted to do to say that this this is the very good world. Together. Off, were you. I want to participate, and I now have to come to do so, so I don't need to run for school more this time. Thank you very much. I'm going to have to run for a minute. I'm going to scan these. These are your children's. I'm going to scan these. You can either see or stand up, but if you're taking your seat, that's good. The process will be you have in front of you. It's a paper with eight questions on there. And we will begin with Mike asking the first question and go around for the entire floor with Abby saying the last question. And forgive us if we put our heads down because of writing those things down. Do you have any questions for us? Mike? What moments you can see the point into the unified school initiative and your part of education out of your skills and experiences with very little service students, staff, and community? I've had a lot of experience over 50 years getting very different groups of people, very different backgrounds to identify a goal, work together. And I think it's been here, but we had very good communication. And through the two-way conversation, before I was able to recognize that the people of the part where you are comfortable and in the 50 years now. Okay, number two, the district has made significant investments and facilities within the construction of the Ninh County Private Elementary School and other panel improvements. Oh, you believe before she found the school responsibility in testing in the future of our schools. The first goal of responsibility is the school responsibility. It involves any and only wisely. Well, we have to get the responsibility. And the role is changing. The students that were here, I came from a school that has slightly different educational expectations. Today, I would not approve what some of the responsibilities are for any other school. They need to be kept up to date. And I don't believe we used to be able to spend also in any of our special programs. When we think about it, I was looking at it on the third and third and third. Take a job locally. Third, maybe go on to a next school or a secondary school. The third or so might go out before your university. So we've got to be aware of how we prepare our students as we have historically. That next goal. The student achievement remains top priority for our district. What role should the school board play in supporting academic excellence? So let's mark in the administrative responsibilities of the superintendent and staff. I lost you. The school board. The school board. That is a recent policy. It's a super payment. School achievement. Is. A result of school board decisions. And. It's an interesting. combination of. Policy. Which. Leads to. Success. And knowing enough about. Be successful. Of your policies are they doing what you expect them to do. So there has to be some. Communication. The board. And the administration. It's a team effort. Not every policy will last forever. Don't have to be. At least aware enough. What is the feedback coming. The staff. All sorts. And. Could we be. Helping the administration. By adjusting some of the policies that are. And that's the board's ultimate responsibility. But they also have the knowledge for. All the education often involves different viewpoints. How would you make a situation for a community member strongly. Disagree with board decisions or district initiatives. This. Is open. But it's also based often based on lack of information. It's. It requires. A conversation of what happened. What are the facts. But. What could you suggest. As a solution. If you think they're such a. Wrong. Decision that was made. After talk to them. They have to bring them into the conversation. And get them to explain what it is they believe the problem is. And then you can look at what the sources below. Administration or whatever. Do. I solve the problem. The worst thing you want to do is just get it into the. Social media. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. The. successful collaboration begins with the individual committees addressing issues and bringing that information back. Then we got three on a committee, a third night on the board. I think there's times when we are really letting the other six know that's necessary. I'm a firm believer that when the facts are out and people have a chance to question each other, comment what they think and come to a common conclusion that's what's best for everybody. They work out. They don't go all the facts and implications to get a little confused. I'm a firm believer that we all have responsibilities on this board. We wanted a lot of committees tonight. They have a lot of responsibility to do their homework and bring their information back to the rest of the board so that we can have collaboration cooperation. Our members are entrusted with maintaining confidentiality, academically, and representing the district professional. As an ethical leadership team to you, I acknowledge you upvote those banners also in the topic. There are many things, many discussions, many decisions, and our board members. Often it's identified as a confidential discussion. The results are not to be disclosed. We do have a full session, which will somewhat to work in this, but even full session. You have to believe that you respect the confidentiality and the rights of other people that keep information. I think that's part of being the most is when we have unsubstantiated events that are made, supposedly with all kinds of credibility, which may not be there because somebody said something like that. I'm confident you're confident you're confident you can keep it to yourself. There is no second. There side to those climate. I think this is almost less in the flow of you right now, but I would like to feel that we've got good communication from all entities in the school, administration, the board, staff, people. I would like to see more participation by people like ourselves, all in the audience. I would like to see a little more possibility of more discussion in the community level that quite solves the journey. To me, my committees, of which I was chair of three of Imagine Red, we did have discussion, and we learned a lot. I go to committee meetings now, and I have to go to the agenda. I would also be able to lose some of that. And get a better public input of staff 15 that has impact on board decisions. I don't know what goes on in high school. I know some are to protect that program. Board of committee meetings. Sometimes they don't have a committee meeting. To me, they were very important. And I would like to see them a little less discussion. I would like to try to do something that's bigger this year. For me, there's talent in the board, but there's also talent out here. Experience out here, experience there. And more we can bring the two together, I think, to better offer you. Thank you. Okay, you night. I mean, if I'd school district to be anyone who has experienced both significant accomplishments and significant public scrutiny and. How would you help serve the trust, communication, and community confidence in the district. There's a lot of good things. The. The. Responsibility, I believe. The school district to continue. Accentuate the good things that are going. The. That means that we have to. Good, entertaining. Those that. Some of the information. We have to be pretty good at. Not letting. Maybe the information. Follow through some of our. But. I'm thinking of. And. They have to organize. A kid there, accomplishing. Individually. Small brooks. I noticed a very definite increase in. Letting people know that we are going to put that. We have to continue. It comes down to. People talking to each other and. Recognizing that. We can do good things. Why did. The good things happen? How can we make it happen? Maybe some of the things. Why does that happen? We have to be able to. Honestly sit down and discuss it. Getting personal about it. Without pointing fingers at each other. This. The school district has a. All three. For presentation of many, many, many years. I want to see it get back to that. By. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. To. Well, you have to leave those. Almost yeah. The tip has withdrawn her name from these. It's the candidate who has a floor. They don't. I don't know. And the next one of these, we're back off. Break. Break. Break. Break. Break. Break. Hi Rebecca. Thank you for waiting. We're going to give you eight questions. I think you have to know. Break history background. Thank you. I have a list of questions there before you have any questions that we will be asking. The process will be we will go around the room. Sorry, but Mike. And when we give them to Andy, we know that we are finished and we've done through the finale. So, thank you so much for having me. It's an active question. There's no time in it. We ask any questions for us. Okay, Mike. What more leads you to seek appointment to the unified school district, the panel board of education. How do your skills and services carry to serve our students, staff and community. So I. I graduated at a school. I read children. I graduated. I worked for the county. And. Multiple meeting meetings in the county government, and I'm just going to be able to speak. Board of. Number two, the district has made significant investments in facilities, including the construction of the new county, the private elementary school and other tribal improvements. How do you believe the board should found this full responsibility of investing in the future of our schools. So infrastructure is obviously key to moving us forward. So to keep our students up to date in current with. All other facilities. You need to maintain that. As for the fiscal responsibility. I assume. I know you all were trying to budget just like the phone. You maintain your budget, you know, exactly what you're going to be doing within the next 10 years. And see what's in that. And if you need a larger. Level improvements. What is for that? And you. So the. The. So you're all policy makers. So policy is what keeps the board the school and your employees all running. Correctly. So I would say you're bored. It is. March the policies. Make sure the policy. And adjust the policy that needed to help support your staff and your students and what you see that ranking. Who your teachers or your administration. Be able to adjust those policy to help your students help your administrative staff. Help your support staff achieve their goals. You can make our school. All right. All right. All right. We can have our shortly disagreeing for decisions or district initiatives. So I. We all have some feelings, but you need to work with the whole and. Don't get sucked on that rabbit hole. Oh, it's broken. You can do me. And we do that strong thing. And the public should have a strong thing and they should care deeply about what happens in your standard. So the decisions on the board. The board. You know, I was necessarily happy to agree with everything that happens, but. All right. All right. I hope there's. All of you should have your time to come. We'll be able to be together to come together. They may take a little bit, but we should be able to finally be able to mesh together. The best working environment. It's the obvious. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. First year, everyone has learned. Great. So just to get in, get comfortable with the board and. Watch your reaction. And make the best decision. I can make off of those recommendations. And I'm going to make our school district the best school district we can possibly have for all of our students. Thank you. All right. So. Accomplishments. Everyone wants to accomplish. Great. But also, you could open that. Transparency is key. I think with all. Organizations. If they feel like you're having something. I'm not going to go about. If you can be transparent with the public, whether it's good or bad. I think the board will trust in the community will trust in what's happening. Continue to get the key. Supporters out there and people to come and watch and listen. And you know what's going on. You need to put it out there. Everyone. But again, transparency is good and bad. We support that bill. Okay. Thank you. For coming in. And for all the sessions. Appreciate your time. And I'm going to raise. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. You have in front of you eight questions that the board members will be reading. I will start with Mike and come around to the end of the committee. And each we take a such time to answer those questions. And we don't want to get to add it up almost down to the end. Do you have any questions for us? I have a hand. I've asked that. You may. But what motivates you to seek a partner to unify the soldiership and for a part of education. And how your skills and experiences prepare you to serve our students, staff and community. I love burning. This is one of the reasons why I requested an appointment that I'm calling board as. You know, the extension committee member, because the educational. Um, anything. And. Education affects. You. In your personal. And this is one thing Mike. And the school system. Is with an apartment are. And the social life of. The next question. The. All right, number two. This has made significant investments in facilities. Including the construction of the new John H. Bradley Elementary School and other capital. How do you believe the branch of balance is the responsibility of investing with each of our school. When balancing physical responsibility. That's to be balanced. And also. I have to say. Funding. I certainly wish the state of Wisconsin. Would change the formula for. Funding at schools. I would like to see it. I would like to make some more income taxes that. I would work with our state legislature. And encourage them to move in that direction. I believe the school board. And sound the phone for the district. And how it. As a board will play in five. And I think. Beyond academic expense. The development of. There is also a important thing that the school district should be taking. And I know. The school board doesn't have. The school board. If I'm understanding that right. And boys administrator. And the administrator. All the people beyond that are their employees. But there's. Should be some interaction. Between. Staff and. The school board to make sure that. Policies are. Working. Education often. Is bringing you points. I would you in those situations or community members strongly disagree with four decisions or district. My experience is found is when there's strong disagreement. There hasn't been enough education provided. And that's provided. And if those two things are done. Generally speaking. Everybody will be somewhat. And that would be. Something that we should. Number five effective governance require four members who are collectively the one another. Even when this brings occur. What does that report governance look like to you. And how we can contribute to a problem or culture. It's extremely important to. Develop personal relationships with all the school board members. Even if you just have a hobby in common. Or we have lunch with another board member. That would provide positive or culture. I have to say when I was on the American calling board, I still have. Friendships with a few of the board members after over 10 years. In other words, there used to be a fan family that eats together, stays together. So it's these personal relationships that can really overcome. Different. And. It's very important to. The community and. If I'm chosen, my plan will be from the frequent. The town or meetings in the district. And generally speaking, the chair. Will add you to the agenda. So community members. And offer you at their meeting. So it's kind of outreach where you're going to them and setting up them coming here. I've found that before. And I think that that really develops trust is when you're out in public. And they don't do you. It's just the person on the board. It's likely for this planet. What would you want to accomplish in your first year of service? What I would like to accomplish is. Show the board. And the public. Integrity. That they develop trust. And decisions I would make before. I would probably refrain from. Being on Facebook. With any negative comments about. Any other board members. And I really like. Personally, we people and not. Too much result from media. Reviewing the Facebook pages. That have developed. It's my belief that. The significant public scrutiny is. It's that. There is not enough communication between the board and the public. Everyone has the same facts. And comparison look at. Generally speaking, everybody will move in the same direction. The reason. The question for us. I was in the dental office and it's really easy to strike up a conversation about public education. And. My dad, the hygienist has students in the most of these school district. And she was very concerned. With her first grade daughter, who she thought was passionate. Was being kind. I'm reading 12 lines and how many mistakes you made in that. Time period. I was interested to know if that was. Policy set by the. Only school district or if that's a safe by testing program. I wish that I knew all the policies memorized in my brain, but I don't. Unfortunately, and I would have to refer back to our curriculum director in session. I keep on the adverse tonight. She could answer that quickly. You're hoping that I can. I don't know if anyone on the board could answer that question that you may have, but I will reach out to. Amy. Tomorrow. And ask for that question. And I think I have the phone number. Right. Yeah. I thought I would get back to my. I'll give you a call. Great. Well, I find the answer. But I'm going to answer tomorrow. I'll get the answer soon. And I'll get back to. The other question that I got is, are there any active citizen committees at this point? We do not have any active citizen. I'm sorry. We do. You have the task force for the product center. Has the school board given. Outlines of directives for the tip representative. We have not. We just wanted our view. In process of the program, we can go to birth. It will be either Danny or G. That will be our representative. And at which time one did accept. They could get the outline as to what's expected. What they need to look forward in that in those. So. They have a set of five lines to base their decision. Okay. That's pretty good. Thank you. For those options. All right. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. Okay. So the next process that we take. Is the board action number four, but a, that's only good. New board member. And administer people with office. It would remember to be selected. Are you? Yeah. I didn't. Or anything. Okay. Well, some of the board members are finishing up from their story. I knew the thing. Gene Adams, because he needed a longer job. Not that you put out on social energy. The patient needs to fight. Thank you. And the deal that he put out. Was a factual in that. As we are, he liked me a board member. To feel that they can see it. We have eight members on our board. And we are going to face five votes for one person in order to be seated. That they can seek. So if we have somebody to pass a vote number. Thank you. Has a vote number. Four. And that's the highest vote. That seat is still not built. So if that is required. 1% of the 11 people will see me. Five votes for this board. Is that. A really question for the other board members. All right. Great. A few minutes for the members to be ready. And then you'll have a vote on both. You can be ready for that. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. All right. Okay. Okay, so as we have all your name, you just take the name of the person that you wish to vote for, and then the candidate that receives five votes will be sworn in and become a member tonight. Any questions? We are doing the roll call. Roll call vote, yes. I'm going to do the roll call and then the names. The roll call vote will be found for you. Save names of these board members. And then they can't be able to speak who they are. Okay. Jean Adams. George Shivers. Abby Madison. Joan Madison. Rebecca Ring. Brandi Myers. Daniel Nicholson. Beverly Christ. Mike Parisette. Angie Shriver. What's up for you? Danny Piot. So we did not elect someone to fill the making board seat. The next step, the next process will be. The games are going through Thursday, June, Thursday, June the 11th at three o'clock. Remember us interested in sending a letter of interest to the board secretary and the district office. We do so. Send a letter of interest between tomorrow morning and day or email it or drop it by. The office. Three upon Wednesday afternoon. This will be an item of the agenda for next Monday night's meeting and we will attempt to build a date at board seat on next Monday night. And I'm sure that just that we'll get that in the newspaper. Thank you so much. Thank you so much. I appreciate that. Chair, why are we stopping after going to the ballot? Because it's just one ballot. So we possess the attorney. We take the vote. Present. It's the five votes. The process that's been used in the past. The process. Fire and this work. Three minutes in. We had this. The last time going on my experience. You know, it seems like a fair shot. But we have 11. I know when I first. Being a percent of the forth part of am I applied for I see a position where nurse. I think that is that type ofizing with the hospital, but I don't really get back when I went out of the center. But it was back. Heart level. and see policy that does not specify the, I don't believe, I mean, we call that it's best response, but it's fine. That's the notion that the goal we need for our service is to give you a picture of some of the board may fill the day to see upon those the story of the network system. Or are we able to have conversation to try and build a position tonight? I'm not saying that we can't have any conversation on this, it's fine that we're doing. So, I think a potentially effective process could be nominations and then voting on those nominations taking it to highest and then going from there. I mean, because I was trying to think he'd do it and he'd take it and be narrowed down to three candidates. Three and then revolve down to three. Three candidates would include, we would, as you said, I'm going to run out there. They can't buy it in two or just a shrink. There would be a number of single things. So, I think there's one candidate that had two. And then everybody else was single. Correct. So, that would not be better to turn it down to either two candidates with one person had two votes and then the other hand had one vote. Because then they're going to eliminate theory. There is no, there is a pop vote there that's set on one with all of these. Okay. So, if they, there is a triple in the same logic that applied to the idea of giving nominations, if everyone nominated to be voted for it, we're in the same position. That's the one. I just want to try and get something else to be inserted before the security and subscription for the automatic voting something. So, everybody would like votes tonight. Nothing, I think everybody, I don't think that you lost or she was wrong. I agree. And everybody here is in here for almost three and a half hours. And I don't really want it to be a waste a day. So, if you stand here to submit their letter of intent and we have to, can you hear them? Oh, we will have to. Obviously, we need new questions because you can't review questions for voting in the process, no doubt. And there could be other potential people that would want to enter into the letters and things that's about it. That's the secret of it at all. That's not so much. Don't worry, I'll tell you. Well, we're not the law that's our policy, you know, I see. This is something that anybody should take for policy after this issue. And, frankly, this policy as Mr. Jenner said, we have a policy that's not working for you. And, please, from this, I think we need to look at it in a form. So, anyone who is interested in submitting a letter of interest from now until Thursday, June the 11th at 3 p.m. And we will have this on the item of the agenda for next month's next week's meeting. I'd love to be in consideration to approve new hires. I will inform us. And I have some other questions before we inform you. No, we do not. I've already gone through the next item. I'm going to approve. I'm going to approve of this. We would like to approve any minor deaths presented. Supposed to be made by Kristin. We would like to seek your motion. Just once again, I would like to offer a number of applicants and years to experience this area into our district. Very public to see. There was high number of applicants at 42 for long position. 27 for another position. 26. So, they don't do a lot of applications. Thank you for coming out. And then the years of experience, we have somebody that applied with 40 years of experience to actually apply for years of experience. And then 7 years, 5 years, 3 and 2. So, I think that is wonderful. Are there any questions or comments to the motion on 4? No, I'm just having a comment on that. They said that both the number of applicants present in the others in their list is 4. So, here we are together for the 4th applicants. 4, 14, 15, 26, 27, 42. And then we have a few years of experience and we're going to have to deal with what we're doing. I think that's the exciting story. We're very excited to have a number of applicants with years of experience. We have questions for our motion. Here you go. Questions or comments of the motion on the floor? All in favor of the Board of Trustees to do hires as presented. Let you know by saying aye. Aye. All opposed to the Board of the new hires as presented. Let's say aye. And the motion gets. But aye. I will be in the formation. Motion to be made by Gil for aye. All in favor of the adjournment. Let me know if I'm saying aye. Aye. All opposed to the adjournment. Let me know if I'm saying aye. This meeting is down here.
