I'm the secretary for Kenosha
Shrine Club, and we work jointly
with happenings magazine doing
beer gardens throughout the
summer.
And as Miss Fortune and
noble days would have it, I
didn't read my calendar properly.
And I thought I had time to put
my application in for the beer
permit when I did, and it was a
couple of days after the meeting
was actually scaled.
It would have been held to,
would have been authorizing or
not, you know, with you folks.
So I can't do anything except
apologize, and I certainly
appreciate you guys showing up
and taking this under your
advisement.
If I had a hat, it would be in my
hand right now, to be very
honest.
Our aspect, with the shrine
aspect of this, what we do with
the beer gardens, 100% goes to the
hospital in Chicago.
And other than that, we don't get
anything out of our beer
gardens.
We do this several times a year,
and we do all kinds of other
fundraising.
And at this point in time, we've
over the course of the last 100
years of being a club, we've
gone over to half a million
dollar mark in donations.
And we can't tell people how
proud we are of the
generosity of our count.
And be that as it may.
I don't know if you have any
