You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You You Call to order the Common Council meeting for Monday, September 21, 2026, roll call please. Let the record reflect the quorum is present. The gentlemen from the seventh and the ninth are excused. At this time, I would like to ask everyone to please stand for a moment of silence followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Can I get a motion on your laptop? All those in favor say aye. Any opposed? Motion carries. Please continue. We have 13 individuals signed up for citizens comments. Each will have three minutes when your name is called. Hello. My name is Ed Ruka, 7727 Fifth Avenue. I just want to start out with respect. Okay. As we get going this evening, I've been here for a few of these. And on this side of the wall, there's been disrespect. I've heard it. I would ask everybody on this side of the wall to respect everybody over here. Okay. Not because he holds the mayor ship. Not because they're an all their person because they are people. Okay. So respect them like you want to be respected. At the same time, everybody on this side of the wall should be doing the same thing. Respect. You would talk that in school, turn, face, pay attention, sit up, put your books away. Nowadays, laptops, Chromebook, cell phones. And pay attention to what the people have to say. We're here for an hour every two weeks. That's all you have to deal with us most of the time, right? We ask for that respect. In the respect, I would also like to say that it has been noted and heard from all the men or all the persons that when we talk about the data center, which is what a lot of people will be talking about, they say they have made up their minds one way or another. I'm not saying which way they made it up. But shouldn't you, as all the persons be saying to us, my constituents have made up my mind. Right? Because that's who you represent. Everybody over here is who you represent. So give them the respect, okay? You might not agree with what they have to say, but you still should be doing what they ask you to do. And like I would like to say, there are no kings in Kenosha other than our kingfish, okay? Another thing I would like to talk a little bit about is the FAQs. A long time ago, and all the men say, just have you looked at the FAQs? And I did. And that was three, four months ago, whatever it was. And to this day, with as many times as I've heard questions on this side, I haven't seen any updates on the FAQs. None whatsoever. I know there's stuff about the noise, the health because of the noise, the environmental of the wetlands. Where are those? And also in the FAQs, I'm sure somebody gave you the answers that you needed to put down. But I don't think anybody here lives in a perfect world. Everything has a pro and a con. So these FAQs should be answered and given the people that actually look them up later when you ask them to go to it, to look at the pro and the con and decide. Because everything you guys decide, you're deciding on pros and cons. So everybody over here needs to also know what those pros and cons are. So I think the FAQs truly should be updated. So you have 30 seconds. Okay. And the last, let's see, what did I have? Oh, I'll quickly do the last. Besides, I want a moratorium. The building repurpose after going through 195 to look at what we could do with the Microsoft and seeing what they've built on 195. I'm all ready for, if you've ever seen the movie Escape from New York. That's what it looks like, a huge prison. So maybe, if that's what your plan is later, I guess we'll be halfway there, all right, to fill this in as a prison. Because that's what it looks like to me. Thank you. Next speaker, Cheryl Swatko.
