00:04:30:10	00:04:32:10	these wind farms, because of
00:04:32:10	00:04:33:22	this hodgepodge of local
00:04:33:22	00:04:35:20	ordinances.
00:04:35:20	00:04:38:11	If we're going to capture wind,
00:04:38:11	00:04:39:17	we need to be able to put
00:04:39:17	00:04:41:14	these windmills someplace.
00:04:41:14	00:04:42:26	>> Wind energy is no problem.

00:04:44:02	00:04:45:12	right next to people's homes,
00:04:45:12	00:04:46:22	there is a problem.
