And let's say a few words about the person that's going to be conducting this next month.
He is Dr. Alexander Gonzalez, our assistant band worker.
This is going to be his last performance with us as assistant director of the UW Marching Band.
And I want you all to know what a blessing he has been for our organization.
And what a blessing he has been to me personally.
He's an excellent musician. He's an excellent teacher.
But beyond that, he is a wonderful, wonderful human being.
And we are going to miss him dearly.
We wish him all the best.
And we're going to resist the urge to try not to sabotage things so that he won't leave.
So we'll play nice for the next few weeks.
He's going to lead the group in lifestyles of rich and famous Dr. Alexander Gonzalez.
