You My name is Lorenz Brad Knannan. I'm in 10th grade and I go to Oregon High School I'm Andre Peck. I'm a pianist from La Crosse. My name is Cordelia Fredrickson. I'm 17 and a senior at the Wisconsin Virtual Academy. My name is Zach. I'm a junior at Oregon High School. I've been playing violin for 14 years. I've been playing percussion seven years now. I've been playing around 11 and a half years. I am a descendant of the Preven family. Andre Preven was the extremely famous conductor and pianist. I'll be playing Percoffi of Piano Concerto No. 1, Opus 10, and D-flat major. Percoffi of this different and there's a lot more dissonance and there's new ideas that sparked because of his music. I will be performing the Percoffi of Violin Concerto No. 1, the first movement. When I first listened to it, I kind of felt connected to it immediately. I also think it just sounds so cool. I will be playing Keiko Abe's Prism Rhapsody. I didn't think she was going to go for it to be honest. I thought she was going to be like absolutely not. That's way too hard for you. I'm going to be playing Shostakovich's First Violin Concerto. There's a lot of expression in it. It definitely takes a lot of effort. I joined the Wyso percussion ensemble in seventh grade. It was probably the best decision I made for myself. It's the best one. Jazz band has always been kind of a fun thing for me because the world of solo pianos oftentimes very lonely. A large number of my friends have made through music related things. It's kind of overwhelming, but I have a lot of fun. I'm looking forward to sharing my progress. There's sections where you're playing ungodly fast, sections where you're just like super slow, methodical. It's ingenious really. I think bringing out the musicality and really making it so that the audience feels what you are trying to show everyone. You have to put all of your heart and soul into the musician. Thank you very much.
